PARKING
Where do I park and how much is parking?
Parking attendants will show you where to park. There is no charge for parking. You will be parking in unpaved fields, so you may want to prepare for mud if it rains.
Is handicapped parking available?
Handicapped parking is available. Please notify the parking attendants on your way in and they will direct you.
EVENTS
What events will I see each night at the rodeo?
All of the events are held each night with different cowboys and cowgirls riding. Events include: Bareback Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding. Bullfighters Only (BFO) events are held on Thursday and Friday nights only.
Is Saturday night the finals?
No. Different cowboys and cowgirls compete each night. The winning ride could occur on any of the given nights. Don’t miss any of the action – purchase tickets for all four performances!
Is there a charge for the music after each performance?
No, the music is open to anyone to attend after the rodeo performance each night.
How do I sign my child up for Mutton Bustin’?
If there are spots available, the sign-up form is on our Mutton Bustin’ page. Typically you can begin applying for a spot on June 1. Spots fill quickly so don’t delay! Mutton Bustin’ First Round is typically held following the parade on the Saturday before rodeo week. The Mutton Bustin’ Championship is typically on Thursday night of the rodeo.
SLACK
What is slack and how much does it cost?
For each rodeo contest, we have a limited number of spots. Slack is a free event where you can watch overflow contestants compete.
When is slack?
Slack events are typically held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 8 am.
Can slack attendees bring food and drinks into the rodeo grounds?
Visitors are welcome to bring food and drinks while watching slack. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed at the actual rodeo.
TICKETING
What are the ages for child & adult tickets?
Kids 3 years old and younger get in free and are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Tickets for children ages 4 and up are the same as adult prices.
Are infants free?
If the child is UNDER 4 years old, they will NOT need a ticket. They will have to stay in a lap the entire performance and cannot have a car seat carrier or stroller. All of their “luggage” must fit within your seat.
What if my child will be in a stroller?
If a child is in a stroller you would have to purchase seats in row one, you would also have to buy a child’s ticket for the stroller seat just as an adult would need one for a wheelchair.
Is there a military or senior citizen discount on tickets?
There is not a military or senior citizen discount at this time, but we do offer a group discount for a large group of 20 or more tickets for the same performance.
Can I put a hold on my tickets and pay for them when I pick them up?
No, tickets must be paid for in full when ordering. The ticketing system does not allow any holds.
My tickets are being held at "Will Call." What is that and how do I get them?
If you select “Will Call,” you will pick your tickets up at the rodeo grounds the night of the performance at the main ticket booth (brown building at the main gate). Please bring your email confirmation. Tickets will be held in the name of the person who PURCHASED the tickets, not in the individual’s name on the ticket.
I selected "Tickets by Mail" and I haven't received my tickets yet. What do I do?
The ticket office mails tickets within 72 hours of your order being placed. If you do not receive your order within three weeks of your order being placed, please call the ticket office at 800-455-BULL.
I need someone else to pick up the tickets I purchased. How do I do this?
Please call the ticket office at 800-455-BULL and let them know. They will place a pick-up name on your tickets. Please note, they should still give your name when picking up the tickets. This just authorizes them as an additional pick-up person.
Are the grounds wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The grounds are wheelchair accessible. Box seats must be purchased for this type of seating.
Can I exit the arena after I’ve entered?
Reentry is not allowed.
How can I purchase box seats?
Box seats are available only by calling or visiting the ticket box office.

What are the box office hours?
The box office is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm.

Can I bring a bleacher seat?
You may bring a seat cushion. No bleacher seats please.
What if I cannot find my email confirmation?
Call the box office anytime Monday – Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and they can locate your purchase.
Can I use the screenshot of the ticket on my phone to be scanned for entry?
Yes! Your ticket can be scanned from your phone!
What if someone is in our seats?
Seating is assigned, so if there is an issue with other patrons in your assigned seating, an usher, Jaycee Member or law enforcement officer will be happy to help!
When does the ticket office close during rodeo nights?
Once the concert begins, the box office stops selling tickets.
Can I get a cheaper rate on my ticket if I only want to attend the concert?
No. The cost of a ticket includes that of the rodeo events and concert. The rate doesn’t change if you choose to attend the concert only.
How can I get a better view of the concert?
Add an In the Dirt Band to your ticket to stand in front of the stage during the concert.
IN THE DIRT BANDS
What is an In the Dirt Band?
An In The Dirt Band gets you in the “pit” area of the concert. So instead of sitting in your bleacher seat during the concert, you can enjoy the entertainer up close.
How much are In the Dirt Bands?
Prices for In the Dirt Bands are $40 each (in addition to ticket price).
Do I need a ticket with an In the Dirt Band?
Yes. In the Dirt Bands are an add-on purchase to your rodeo ticket.
Where can I buy In the Dirt Bands?
In the Dirt Bands can be purchased at the box office once you enter the gates, or online when you first buy your rodeo ticket. If you’ve already bought a rodeo ticket, you can purchase In the Dirt Bands only at the ticket office.
How do I use my In the Dirt Band?
During the rodeo, a line will begin forming under the Party Porch (see the event map for the exact location). Wait in this line for entrance into the pit shortly before the concert begins. If you want a great view, we recommend getting in line early.
ALL-INCLUSIVE CHUTE CLUB
What is the All-Inclusive Chute Club?
The All-Inclusive Chute Club is for rodeo goers who desire an extraordinary rodeo experience. Chute Club members enjoy exclusive access to an air-conditioned shelter that boasts unlimited food, Pepsi products, Anheuser-Busch products and mixed drinks. The rodeo will be livestreamed in the shelter, and each pass comes with a complimentary In the Dirt Band for that night.
How much are passes for the All-Inclusive Chute Club?
Passes are $105 for each Wednesday and Thursday nights and $110 for each Friday and Saturday nights. The pass includes an In the Dirt Band along with other great exclusives, making this an absolute deal for true rodeo fans.
Does the All-Inclusive Chute Club pass come with a bleacher seat?
No, it does not come with a bleacher seat. If you have purchased a bleacher or a box seat and decide you want to be in Chute Club, you can call the ticket office to upgrade to the Chute Club. It would be the difference of what you paid and the chute club ticket price. Or you can call to add on the chute club for the regular price it is that night.
Do you need to be 21 to get in the All-Inclusive Chute Club?
Yes.
MISCELLANEOUS
When do the gates open?
On Wednesday and Thursday, gates open at 6 pm.
On Friday and Saturday, gates open at 5:30 pm.
What time does the rodeo start?
The rodeo officially starts at 7 pm, but we recommend arriving early to account for the time it takes to park, grab food, drinks and find your friends.
Is there food served at the rodeo?
There is a concession stand, and local organizations sell food as a fundraiser. Typically there are barbecue sandwiches, barbecue nachos, hot dogs, burgers and more available for purchase. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Can I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed by attendees with the exception of certified service animals. Row one is recommended if bringing a certified service animal due to the bleacher-style seating.
What if it rains?
The rodeo will continue rain or shine. If there is a lightning, we will have a brief intermission until it is safe to begin again. We recommend bringing a poncho in case of rain. Please don’t use an umbrella as it will block the visibility of the attendees behind you.
How long does the rodeo last?
Typically the rodeo lasts between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. The music typically begins around 10 pm and lasts until midnight.
Will there be children’s activities?
Yes. Look for the kid’s booth for exclusive event temporary tattoos, contests, games and more! Typically this booth can be found by the main gate entrance.
Can I bring a cooler or backpack?
No.
Do I need cash to pay for things inside?
No. We accept debit and credit cards.
What is a day sheet and how much does it cost?
A day sheet is a list of rodeo participants performing that night of the rodeo. It costs $3 and is a fun way to track contestants’ scores. This year the day sheets will also be accessible at sikestonrodeo.com FREE of charge.
Can I bring a camera & camera bag?
Cameras with detachable lenses and video equipment are not allowed inside the rodeo.
Who do I contact to be a vendor at the rodeo?
At this time, we have no outside vendors.
How do I volunteer or become a sponsor of the rodeo?
We’d love to hear from you. Email info@sikestonrodeo.com to get in touch with the rodeo chairman.
How much are entertainers’ shirts & how do I get one?
We do not oversee the sale of entertainers’ merchandise. If they choose to sell it at the rodeo, they set the price.
Is smoking allowed inside the arena?
Yes. Smoking is allowed inside the arena, but we ask you to remain considerate of other rodeo patrons.
How do I get on the Party Porch?
The Party Porch is reserved for Cattle Baron seat holders.
Can I park my camper at the rodeo grounds?
No. Due to a large number of rodeo contestants and animals who need the space, we do not have room for additional RVs.
How big of a purse can I bring in?
We do not limit the size of the bag. However, we do not allow backpacks, and all bags are subject to inspection.
Are the rodeo grounds concealed carry friendly?
No firearms are allowed on the premises.
Where do I purchase rodeo merchandise?
Rodeo merchandise is available at the rodeo at the merchandise and novelties stands.
